Exploring the 5 Koshas
The yogic system of the Koshas describes the entire spectrum of our Being from the surface level of our physical body to depth of the Unconscious.” (Swami Nichalananda)
Understanding and meditating on the Koshas can bring more joy and harmony to body, mind and spirit, further deepening our experience of life. This course is suitable for experienced yoga students as we also work with stronger postures and sit for extended times in meditation.
We will support this process with light, organic, vegetarian food and fresh juices.
Saturday 19th Nov. 10 am to Sunday - 20th of Nov. 4 pm

Kids Eco Yoga Day

Crann-Og recently put on a Kids Eco Yoga Day. Participants had a wonderful time.  We started with a yoga class in the morning geared towards kids. Afterwards, we went to explore the woods and study the ecosystem that existed within the pond at Crann-Og. The kids were delighted to discover the small frogs that had made their home there. A lot of fun was had climbing the trees and rocks out in the woods as well.

After our organic lunch, part of which was gathered from the gardens by the children earlier in the day, we did a few more activities in the yoga room. The kids got to practice balance with an introduction to contact juggling and movement with practice in spinning poi. Afterwards, there was another yoga class, going over everyone's favorite yoga poses from earlier. Kids practiced bumblebee breathing and imagined a magic carpet ride over the Irish countryside.

The day was a lot of fun and we hope to see a lot of our students returning for the next Kids Eco-Yoga Day!
