Yoga at Crann Og



Yoga is ancient art that can be practised by anyone. It produces a body that is fit and supple and a mind that is healthy and calm. Practising Yoga on a regular basis raises the universal life-force energy and therefore helps to combat physical and mental ailments. Each class includes physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

11:00- 12:30am Gentle Yoga
7:00- 8:30am Intermediates
